What should I do to earn more Bonuses?

You earn an extra Bonus for every person who becomes a member through the link you shared and receives treatment. You can track all your earned Bonuses from your member dashboard.</p><p class="p2">Currently, you can use the Bonuses you earn for your next upcoming treatment. But don't worry, FeelinHealthy is constantly improving. Soon, we will allow you to use your earned Bonuses for different services as well.</p>

What should I do to earn a Bonus?

<p class="p1">When you receive treatment through FeelinHealthy, 2% of the amount you paid is defined as a Bonus in your account. You can track your earned Bonuses from your member dashboard.</p><p class="p2">To do this, you must ask for an invoice/receipt from the institution where you receive treatment at the end of your treatment. You need to upload a clear photo of this invoice to the invoice section on your member dashboard. If you don't do this, we will not be able to determine the total amount you paid, so you cannot earn the Bonus.</p>

If I become a member through a partner, will the partner ask for a pre-payment/payment?

<p class="p1">Our partners will not request any fees from you such as pre-payment, full payment, or a service fee for your treatment. You only make your payment to the institution where you receive treatment.</p><p class="p2">In addition, our partners may offer you extra services. If you want extra services like visa procedures, accommodation, holiday, and tours, this will be considered a separate discussion between you and our partner. FeelinHealthy does not take responsibility in this matter.</p>

What is the difference between working with FeelinHealthy partners and becoming a member directly with FeelinHealthy?

<p class="p1">Actually, there is no difference. FeelinHealthy is a global application. We have partners in many countries. Our partners work to help people in their respective countries and cities by communicating with them directly to assist them with their processes.</p>

What should I do if I change my mind after approving a treatment quote?

<p class="p1">When you approve a treatment quote, the other quotes are canceled. The institution you approved will contact you. If at this point you have another hospital or clinic in mind, you can request a quote from that institution again.</p>

Can I request quotes for different treatments at the same time?

<p class="p1">Each member creates a "Treatment Card" for the treatment they want. You can create multiple treatment cards for different treatments simultaneously and request separate quotes for each. You can approve quotes from the same institution or different ones. The only thing to be careful about is whether you can have two different treatments during the time you are here. For this reason, we recommend that you first speak to the institution where you will have your major treatment about your other treatment as well.</p>

Can I request more than one quote?

<p class="p1">Yes, you can request separate quotes from all the hospitals and clinics you want.</p>

Why is personal information requested during the FeelinHealthy membership process?

<p class="p1">We request this information so that doctors can make a better diagnosis regarding your treatment and offer you the most accurate treatment at the best prices. Your information is only shared with the hospitals and clinics from which you request a quote.</p>

Does FeelinHealthy collect payments for treatments itself?

<p class="p1">FeelinHealthy will not ask you for payment under any circumstances. You make all your payments directly to the hospital or clinic where you receive treatment. Don't forget to ask for your invoice after payment! This will be necessary for you to earn a Bonus.</p><p class="p2">The hospital or clinic you approve a quote from may ask for a pre-payment to finalize appointment dates. This situation may vary depending on the institution.</p>

Will all the hospitals and clinics I request a quote from call and meet with me?

<p>No. To protect your time and personal information, we only share your contact details with the clinic whose quote you have approved. We don't want everyone to constantly call and tire you out.</p>

Is someone assigned to assist me during the treatment process?

<p>As per our agreement with the hospitals and clinics whose quotes you accept, support staff such as interpreters, nurses, and care personnel are provided by the clinics. This ensures that your processes are managed in a completely secure manner.</p>

How does the process work before I come to Turkey?

<p>Once you approve a treatment quote, the clinic will provide you with a detailed plan. This plan includes the duration of the treatment, cost, pre-preparation, transfers, and possible accommodation suggestions. This way, you can be informed about the entire process before you even arrive in Turkey.</p>

How does FeelinHealthy evaluate the hospitals and clinics in its system?

<p>First, we look at the accreditations of the hospitals and clinics. After examining factors such as the number of doctors, their experience, the number of staff, and the technological infrastructure, we also review the comments from previous patients before making our decision.</p>
