Overview

Neur-On Clinic is a neurorepair unit specializing in advanced neurorehabilitation, neuromodulation, cellular, and pharmacological treatments-key components of modern restorative therapies following stroke. The clinic operates as part of the University Stroke Center at Istinye University Liv Hospital, a leading institution equipped with state-of-the-art facilities for hyperacute and secondary stroke treatment.

International Patient Admission Process

1. Upon your initial contact, your request will be forwarded to one of our International Patient Managers, who will contact

you within 48 hours to discuss your specific needs.

2. Based on your medical reports, your case will be evaluated by our team of neurologists and therapists to determine

the most suitable treatment plan.

3. At Neur-On Clinic, all treatment plans are personalized and designed with a holistic approach tailored to your

individual condition.

4. Once you approve the treatment plan and cost proposal, our International Patient Manager will assist you in planning

your travel and stay.

5. After your arrival and check-in, you will meet the Neur-On Clinic team and begin your rehabilitation process.

Treatment Approach

At Neur-On Clinic, we internally evaluate your medical documentation together with our physicians and therapy team to

design a treatment plan specific to your needs.

Your therapy program will be conducted as an inpatient stay, averaging 5 hours of therapy per day, 6 days a week. The

goal is to deliver a minimum of 90 hours of intensive, repetitive, task-oriented, and technology-supported therapy. Based

on this, the standard inpatient program is designed for a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks but may be adjusted depending on

the intensity and scope of your needs.

At the end of your inpatient stay, you may:

- Transition to an outpatient therapy plan, with sessions averaging 2.5 hours per day, 5 days a week.

- Apply for an extension of your inpatient stay, for a total duration of 7 to 8 weeks.

If you choose outpatient treatment, your patient coordinator can assist you with accommodation options near our

hospital and with transportation arrangements.
